Goldenwest Breads is a local artisan bread company in Ojai, CA. What started out as a hobby for Holly Jones, is now a full made-to-order bread baking & delivery service. She has been baking artisan sourdough in her small kitchen with the help of her two little girls. All the sourdough is handmade with a delicate yet tedious process. Goldenwest offers a variety of delicious flavors that everyone will enjoy! She wanted her customers to contact her for new bread orders by using an on-line website in order to streamline the process. A well-branded business and new website was the answer that would drive more traffic and gain more customers.
For the website design, we wanted to create something simple and easy to use. We chose a pretty color palette of seafoam, teal & pop coral to represent the home-y feel of her intimate kitchen. Typography selections were made to establish a warm, domestic vibe and hand drawn elements were added to bring a more personal touch to the brand as a whole.
